Group therapy sessions
Struggling with relationships, confidence, or finding the right way to express yourself? Joining a therapy group can give you the support, understanding, and practical tools you need to work through these challenges.
It can be especially helpful if you’re facing any of the situations below, or simply want to grow in a safe, supportive space.

Having difficulty connecting with others or frequently get into conflict
Struggling with repeating unhelpful patterns in relationships
Wanting to feel more comfortable in group settings or with other people
Group therapy builds on the progress made in individual counselling. It may be challenging at first, but with time and support, you’ll develop confidence and learn to express your thoughts and feelings in a safe, understanding environment.

Group therapy details
If you’re interested in joining our group therapy sessions, here’s everything you need to know:
When: Every Wednesday, from 6:45 pm to 8:15 pm
Where: Didcot Civic Hall, Britwell Rd, Didcot OX11 7JN (With free parking available for your convenience)
Fee: £15 per session, or £5 for those who are unemployed
If you’re interested, you’ll meet with the group facilitator to assess whether the group is right for you.
