Ongoing counselling sessions
Our one-to-one counselling service provides a regular, confidential space to explore whatever’s on your mind. We offer both short-term and longer-term counselling, depending on your needs.

Drop in counselling sessions
We offer up to three 30-minute drop-in sessions – no appointment needed. These are available to adults in and around Berinsfield.

Counselling for young people
If you’re aged 12 to 18 and feeling overwhelmed, struggling to cope, or just not yourself, our Young People’s Service is here to support you in a way that feels safe and manageable.

Group therapy sessions
Struggling with relationships, confidence, or expressing yourself? Participating in a therapy group can offer the support and tools needed to work through these challenges.
