Stage One Young People’s Certificate Course – places available

We are very pleased to be able to offer our highly rated training which meets the BACP Core Competences for those wanting to work with Young People aged 11-18years

BACP and other ethical bodies require those working with young people under the age of 18, who are adult trained or undertaking an adult training, to have evidence that they have acquired the competences to work safely, with young people.

The aim of this training is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to work with adolescents of secondary school age 11 + alongside enabling you to develop the capacity to reflect on your practice and think with others about the clinical work.

The course will commence on 20th May 2024 and run online on the 3rd Monday of each month (excluding August) over a 6-month period. There will be 2 face-to-face Saturday workshops which will be held in Berinsfield in May and October. For more details see our flyer
